Darnell and Matti were wonderful, very professional, honest and so nice. When rotating the tires they found two nails in two tires. They could have easily tried to sell me new tires but they didn’t. During the whole process they kept me informed of the work being done. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family as well as going back when I need new tires.

Darnell was patient with me in checking the system to see if it was under warranty or not. Mattie, the store manager, also assisted in making sure I got the best service and a great tire. I had been dealing with my tire having a slow leak and was told by the dealership they couldn’t find anything wrong. I called NTB and couldn’t believe how friendly and helpful just on the phone. When i got there, it was just as wonderful of an experience and they took care of me, fixed my tire and had me out in no time. They are the absolute best!
