I didn't have to wait in line and proceeded to my rental immediately and after a long flight and 20 degree weatherno wait was a blessing. The vehicle was nice and I bought the gas so I didn't have to worry about filling up upon returning. That was peace of mind as there was a lot of construction on the interstate around the airport so it took one stressor away. I would recommend National to anyone.
