But they are so awesome and patient with me. I appreciate how clean the place is and they routinely take the trash down.

I have washed lines from the wash bay I gave them free money yesterday never again at this location never had a problem. Their machines does not work in the inside washing your car do not waste your money $22 going down the drain.

Unfortunately, I am sorry to say that I canceled the membership for all three vehicles today because the service has been getting worse day by day. The vehicles are not maintained properly at all. The cleaning tools and machinery are not kept clean, are not replaced when necessary, and are often very dirty. Instead of cleaning the vehicles properly, this poor maintenance causes damage. My vehicles have received scratches, and the paint has been affected because of the dirty equipment. Due to these ongoing issues, I had no choice but to cancel the memberships. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of your service in the future.
