Over the lunch hour, I needed a wash after months of letting it go and more than anything needed the free vacuum. Nobody in front of me and nobody behind, I felt free to take my time reading and considering the options of the pay interface. Almost immediately, a "helper" person descended on me like a vulture on fresh roadkill. I felt pressure to purchase a more expensive service, and as a coup de grâce, he wanted a tip for his unsolicited and unwanted assistance. I felt so bad for giving no tip that I left without the free vacuum that was really needed. This was a terrible experience. I will never return to any of their locations.
