I was in apartment for literally 5 mins and come outside & this company literally had my car on the tow truck. The guy/employee stated apartment told him to do it. The manager at the apartment complex stated she did not tell him to tow vehicles. The guy/employee stated it is $100.00 to take off my tow truck? Excuse me? That is deceitful, as there was no visible sign. Put signs in the actual parking lot where people can see them. I advised the police officer of exactly what the guy/employee stated. No one is to touch my car, unless I give them permission.
