    Reckless and extremely rude customer service. I called and their zone was immediately flawed. I tried to discuss a massive scathing on my front bumper and they had so much attitude and took zero accountability.

    They are deceitful and not good people. Lot lizards. No visible sign downtown as I parked. I was in apartment for literally 5 mins and come outside & this company literally had my car on the tow truck. The guy/employee stated apartment told him to do it. The manager at the apartment complex stated she did not tell him to tow vehicles. The guy/employee stated it is $100.00 to take off my tow truck? Excuse me? That is deceitful, as there was no visible sign. Put signs in the actual parking lot where people can see them. I advised the police officer of exactly what the guy/employee stated. No one is to touch my car, unless I give them permission.

    Horrible customer service! Ask the lady on the phone to repeat what she has said. She said I didn’t say anything, I coughed. I said ok I thought you said something and she immediately says “and what if I did” I said ma’am let’s end this right here. Not customer friendly at all. Trying to act she big country bumpkin bad ass by phone! Use another towing company- very unprofessional. I see why the rating is 2.8.
