  The sign says $20 Friday after 5pm. We entered in the 7:00 hour on Friday. When we attempted to leave Saturday morning, we couldn't access the building as the other reviewer said accessing the lobby was unavailable. To boot, a construction crew had the gate that we used to enter the garage also blocked and they were very reluctant to allow us to use it. We finally got to our car and as we attempted to pay and leave the garage they had raised our price to $49 and some change. Even though they advertise $20 Friday evening they let us in at that rate but they would not let us leave unless we paid them almost $50. Very shady practice by LAZ parking. There's a help button on the kiosk and we spoke with somebody who gave us an email address to contact management unfortunately that email address doesn't exist. Park at your own peril. These people hold you until you pay them a rate that they do not advertise. **Edit to respond to representative** I've added my ticket. IT DOES NOT IN ANYWAY ADDRESS THE RATE CHANGE AT 5 AM AS YOU SAY. SEE ATTACHED. IT SAYS "POSTED RATES"

  It was super difficult to access the lobby once we parked our car- the number that they said to call when wanting to access the lobby didn’t pick up at all. Definitely not recommend!
