- PBpeebis boons6 days ago2.0tried to get an oil change here. pulled up, got waved off to get out of the way. i gave the man his space, and patiently wait for him to position the car. he parks and then walks up to my window and just stares me down for a good three seconds until i told broke and told the man i was there for an oil change. he asked me if id been there before, i told him no, and then he said it'd be 109$ for my car so i told him id go somewhere else. i don't know if he's always like this or he's having a bad day but i didn't appreciate being treated like that. i wish he would've at the very least asked me what i was there for. maybe even a "hello" if we're being generous. i hope he feels better i guess.

I thought I was just going in to get an oil change, but I ended up leaving incredibly impressed with my interactions with the entire staff especially Alan Koenig. Alan asked if I was a Veteran because he saw my license plates. Alan and I served in a far off land in 1993 and I actually remembered his last name. It was a very special moment to say the least. Thank You Alan and thank you Jiffy Lube for making what is an extraordinarily difficult day, one that I will never forget.
