- KNKatie NewcombJan 29, 20261.0I came to jiffy lube to get some air in my tires today at 12:32 I pulled in ask if they could put some air in my tires for me the store manger told me I can do it myself so after I did it myself I went to the bathroom to wash my hands he going to say next time I come do not tell him what to do and that’s why he made me do it myself and that I need to ask and I calmly clarified that I did ask and he probably misheard me and he started to argue with me rudely so I just walked out I’ve been up there a couple times just seems like his attitude changes when I get there not sure if he’s racist or what I’ve never done anything I have always been very kind and respectful to them, my husband even use to work there so we already know how the job is so we’re very respectful and understanding. This was really strange! This is not the first time he’s tired to make me do that last time when he told me to do it myself one of the other managers came out and told me to get back in my car and that he should not have told me to do it myself and that’s there job but he’s the manager now so I had no other choice if I wanted air.
