- SSSara5 days ago1.0I normally go to Valvoline but Jiffy Lube had better reviews so I thought I would give it a try. There was 1 car in front of me in the bay and it took almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged. The guy that came to my car just kept repeating he was new which should have sent me running but I saw the manager so I stayed. The manager spent the entire time chatting with what I guess was a friend. The guy changing oil asked me what oil my car takes, which kind of blew my mind. When I told him 5W-30 full synthetic he told me that didn't exist and he'd figure it out. Once again I don't know why I stayed but the hood was up and the oil was already being emptied. Took over 80 minutes to finally be done. Flash forward and my car was leaking oil, took it into our mechanic and he told me to never go back. Everything they used was inferior crap and I'm lucky more damage wasn't done.
