I came in for an insurance claim - they looked over my car before my appointment time. The formal paperwork was complete soon after. The cost of repairs was lower than anticipated. I chose to cash out the value with the insurance company, so the lower cost wasn't actually helpful for me. However, they were professional and helpful, so if you actually plan to repair your vehicle - I recommend this particular Gerber location.

It wasn’t until I started calling repeatedly that they finally decided to do something. What’s the point of having an appointment if you're just going to ignore the car? Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. I’ll never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
