- SKSam KJan 7, 20265.0I recently got into a fender bender and when choosing from repair shops approved by my insurance I came across this shop. I specifically used them because of their reviews. My rental was brought straight to the shop while I was signing paperwork. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They had my car I want to say around a week. The pick up process was just as smooth, I drove my rental there, and Enterprise came and got it from the shop and I left with my vehicle within 15 minutes. Car looks great and drives great, no issues. For how inconvenient all of this is and can be they made all of the things that are usually a hassle and quite the headache so much easier.

The formal paperwork was complete soon after. The cost of repairs was lower than anticipated. I chose to cash out the value with the insurance company, so the lower cost wasn't actually helpful for me. However, they were professional and helpful, so if you actually plan to repair your vehicle - I recommend this particular Gerber location.
