When I arrived, the ladies in the office asked a few questions then announced my arrival to Mr. Whooley the estimator. Mr. Wooley explained what he was looking at and answered all my questions. I am now waiting on insurance 🤦‍♀ to approve.

I selected Gerber Collision & Glass in Donelson to repair my vehicle. They are an hour from my home, but I had heard great things about them and their staff. They did NOT disappoint. From my first call to schedule the drop-off, throughout the repair process, and at its completion, my contact, Jim Whooley, kept me informed, even before I reached out. He was courteous and professional, answering my questions and even had my car completed BEFORE the timeline they had given me. They coordinated with the rental car company to have someone pick me up from their shop, take me to pick up the car, and, when they were finished with mine, even returned the rental car for me. I would 100% recommend Gerber Collision & Glass Donelson and specifically, Jim Whooley. Top-Notch Service. I would give 10 stars if that were an option.
