- DDDebbieJun 13, 20251.0First, they had my truck for 5 months and during that time my radio got stolen and they replaced it and now I don’t have my backup camera which I had it and it worked well because my husband really liked that . The rear view mirror was missing and they said it wasn’t there when they got the truck and um, what the heck!!!! It was involved in an accident and I m sure upon impact it got hit and between rescuing my husband from the accident that was involved the truck hitting a guard rail head on! The General insurance was worthless and then I had my truck go where The General uses for repairs and I am not familiar with body shops around here as I was grieving the loss of my husband from injuries sustained in the accident, I was burdened by the lack of communication with the insurance company and then the shop stating my car was almost ready at the end of February, but the next day called and told me about a problem with a part no where to be found and then lack of communication with my vehicle in the shop for 5 months and I was so upset and my truck doesn’t drive smooth, it makes a noise that wasn’t there before and no word on the rear view mirror! Go elsewhere and get service you deserve!
