- CSCameron StanfillOct 15, 20254.0Originally when I arrived for my oil change I was told that my oil drain plug had broken due to the Spring Hill location over-tightening it. Originally, the staff and manager on duty at the Nashville location were going to have my car towed all the way from Nashville, back to Spring Hill to fix the problem, the manager on duty stating: “It’s their fault” Implying they should fix it. Being that I’m already at a EOC, that doesn’t make much sense. He also stated that the repair will take 10+ hours. To my surprise this morning I get a call from Randy, the General Manager of this location who gives me the great news that my car is completely fixed now and they did not have to send it down to Spring Hill to be worked on for 10 hours. What an amazing turn around! I wonder what happened? Either way I am happy that EOC found a way to get me back on the road after their slip up. I’m adjusting my score from 1 to a 4 solely because of Randy and his ability to make the impossible, possible.
