  We found this charging spot through Google and thank God, it was the only fast charge around downtown. We were lucky that there was no event at the Nissan stadium and parking was freely available. Big bonus, you walk to Nashville downtown using the pedestrian bridge! Lost one star due to the charger stopping the charge at 70% for no reason.

  We had a great experience once we figured out how to use it. It was our first time. We didn’t understand how to use the app, but were able to just use a credit card. We needed to be a little more patient than we were. We started up a couple of times and then took the charge gone out right as it was about to start charging. Once it started charging it charged about 90 miles in 45 minutes. We did get an error message, but tried it all again and it worked.

  I’ve contacted their customer support multiple times and their machines never work. Parking lot locked regularly if there is stadium event within a few days. Don’t trust your low battery to them.

  didn’t work, two fast chargers both failed and customer service had nothing to say even though app said they worked

  Parking lot locked. No access to charging stations here very unfortunate and irresponsible of Nissan stadium to do this.
