- TTTrystinJun 19, 20235.0We had a great experience once we figured out how to use it. It was our first time. We didn’t understand how to use the app, but were able to just use a credit card. We needed to be a little more patient than we were. We started up a couple of times and then took the charge gone out right as it was about to start charging. Once it started charging it charged about 90 miles in 45 minutes. We did get an error message, but tried it all again and it worked.
