  Several problem with this company as whole. Regional manager doesn't return calls. The two locations in Memphis don't have 1 ton trucks available. I finally got one at the Nashville location just for me to arrive on Saturday at 11:10am and they're closed was closed although my reservation is as for 12. I will never take the time out of my day to use any of the Tennessee locations. I can't blame the employees but managerment is the worst of the worst.

  Jeremiah and the guys are super friendly and helpful. Rented several trucks from them. The trucks are always clean and ready to go. One of the best rental experiences I've ever had. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.

  Arjay, Jeremiah, Shannon, Ebony, and Josh are absolutely the best! I went to rent a truck for a few days, but I ended up keeping it for almost six weeks. Over that time frame I needed to change the contract several times, and I could always speak to someone right away when I called. When I first got the truck, in a gentle and no pressure way, they recommended the damage waiver, and thankfully I purchased it. The driver’s mirror on the truck got damaged, and the process was so simple! Arjay took a few pictures, and I literally only had to sign one place on his computer. It was truly that easy. When I returned the truck it was maybe a 5-10 process at most. Absolutely 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Read your contract check the codes on a vehicle! Owners change and service goes with it! I rented a commercial truck w/ gooseneck. We rented 5 times this year never had our deposit taken! I didn't even read the contract this time, so sure it was the usual! Nope! $300 deposit. Didn't even have it 12 hours! I will get $69.50 back. I thought since now they are charging by the mile I would not be charged $6.85 per gallon of gas! That is not accurate to begin with, because it threw codes for the fuel injector! My friends dog jumped in the front seat and dog hair was only on that seat, I didn't even think about it. We had always had dogs with us and No problems. Besides what did I pay insurance for if they where going to be petty anyway. I would have understood maybe a $100 of the deposit because there equipment was faulty as well, I believe some of the things could have been looked over for quality customer care and return. I will be going to Sunbelt or Penski from now on. Oh, almost forgot; out of state license will take a 24 hour verification process for approval. It does not matter the times you rented with them already with your out of state license!
