I noticed a difference when I went to pick up my first rental from them on a Monday morning when the place was super busy. Even with the hustle and bustle, the atmosphere here was pleasant and joyful. I have been a few times since and every time it’s a good experience. I don’t know much about this company or their processes, but it seems like the employees must be carefully chosen and like their jobs to have the energy that’s here. The prices are the same as the other places I’ve seen and one that I rented from. I also love that it’s not by the airport and they will shuttle you to and from your rental. I will definitely be back!

The branch manager (I think his name was Bryce) was extremely helpful, and sincere in making sure I had the best experience. During drop-off, I also worked with Connor who was quick and polite. There was a small concern over a line item on the final bill, and both staff members worked with me to explain it and move forward. If you are looking for somewhere to rent a car, I highly recommend the Enterprise on 8th Ave.
