Called enterprise, they told us to drive to a close by location on our way. We went to the Cincinnati airport and exchanged the car on Christmas Day. It was super easy. Everyone was very helpful and it didn’t take long. In 15-20 minutes we were back on the road to family’s house for the holiday.

The Wagoneer drove great, but had several minor mechanical issues (windshield sprayer pump was broken, one of the drivers side heater vents was blocked, power lumbar was broken on both driver and passenger seats) and was also _not_ AWD (RWD). I addressed this with the Enterprise rep when we returned the vehicle and they were able to offer a discount. I will do a better job inspecting the vehicle before driving it off the lot next time; not impressed with the Wagoneer but appreciative of the customer service from Enterprise after the fact.
