  I had to travel for work and rented a truck from the BNA (Nashville) location. The staff at both the counter and in the garage were incredibly helpful. They even brought the truck right up to the office in the garage for me, which made the whole pick-up process smooth and quick. The truck was spotless and in great condition. During my trip, I got a nail in my tire while I was in Somerset. I called the local Enterprise and they were super accommodating. They didn’t have any trucks available to swap, but they pointed me to a nearby tire shop where I could get the tire fixed. They even arranged to cover the cost, which was a huge help! I was able to continue with my trip without any major hassle. When I returned to BNA to drop off the truck, the airport garage staff was just as friendly. They asked about my trip and made the return process simple. Overall, this was an amazing experience from start to finish, and I’ll definitely be renting from Enterprise again in the future. 10/10! Highly recommend!

  I had hoped Enterprise would email a survey, but appears this was the only contact option for providing feedback. While I don't like to share negative experiences publicly, this was definitely a very poor experience. The type of vehicle we had reserved was not available, and the options provided were smaller than what we had reserved and paid for. Worse yet, the vehicle was FILTHY. The glass (inside and out) was so dirty that we had to stop for window cleaner on the way to our hotel as we couldn't safely drive the vehicle at night. Sticky spots everywhere inside (likely from soda), including the console, dash, and on the interior door panels. Very disappointing experience. Tried to call the airport location, but the phone system told us it was closed (7:15pm). The car was returned a lot cleaner than we received it, so you're welcome Enterprise.

  Rented the vehicle - When I parked it at my hotel, I noted the tire wear. I called their customer service and was told that I would have to pay the dispatch & tire changeout fees by their representative. I indicated that I had just picked the vehicle up; it was clearly a poor maintenance issue, along with carelessness by fleet management to not look over their vehicles prior to renting them out. Uneven wear, like what I had, is due to poor alignment of the vehicle. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told by Enterprise that one was not available at the present time and I would get a call back from a supervisor. I never received a call back (Had the vehicle for 4 days) had no choice but to get the tire changed on my own due to the clear safety issue (You can see the steel belts of the tire). What burned me the most, when I had asked to speak with a supervisor, the customer rep stated in a snarky voice "I don't know why, they are going to tell you the same thing, and you're wasting your time". I am not even sure if the rep who initially took my request even tried to get a supervisor. Very poor service

  Enterprise Team, Enterprise has been outstanding throughout all of my travels this year. The employees have consistently been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. For a company to employ such exceptional people across the board—and in every state I’ve visited—is truly remarkable. As you know, travel hasn’t been easy the past couple of days. When I arrived at the Nashville airport and discovered my flight to Kansas City had been cancelled, Dandre was quick to assist me in securing a car so I could drive. When I arrived at KCI, Jasmine and Erica were so kind and helpful during the late-night check-in. I was exhausted, and they went out of their way to make sure all of my paperwork was in order. Hats off to Dandre at the Nashville Airport and Jasmine and Erica at the Kansas City Airport! Well done, Enterprise—you did a great job hiring these wonderful people.   Was not given either of the vehicles I was led to believe I'd be renting. Was supposed to have a BMW X7 or Audi Q7, but was told that due to availability I was getting "upgraded". That was when we walked out to a Grand Wagoneer. Being in the automotive industry these vehicles are already seen as massive piles of junk and this example was no different. Steering wheel was crooked causing the turn signals not to cancel correctly, had obviously mismatched tires, a loud thumping in the right front could be heard on deceleration, and the Check Engine Light was on. I had rented a vehicle during my conference so that I had some freedom to go places, but I ultimately just stayed near the hotel due to not being able to trust that I was in an adequately maintained vehicle in an unfamiliar town. Upon returning I voiced my complaints with the vehicle to the gentleman checking me in, to which he paint penned a symbol on the window and moved on to the next. Not overly concerned it seems.
