  I get consistently good service from Enterprise no matter where I go, and I've used them in several cities. The Enterprise Rent-A-Car in the Nashville Airport is no exception: trouble-free reservation, friction-free pick-up, and speedy return. Everyone I dealt with was swift, professional, courteous, and cheerful. It's why Enterprise is my go-to.

  Pick up and Return were both simple and easy and recommend using App to get it all set up before you arrive to make your "Day of" experience pretty painless. Also staff at Nashville airport was curteous and professional. I returned the car a day earlier in order to catch an eariler flight to avoid getting stranded in Nashville due to bad storms on the East Coast and saw that Enterprise charged me 50% of the second day rate as I returned the car about 45 minutes past the 24 hour mark. The extra $35 is not significant but think that this kind of "nickel and diming" of long time customers, isn't a good long-term strategy.

  I did not realize that enterprise now offered higher end vehicles, we rented a Land Rover and were very pleased with it. The price was very reasonable and when I checked back in, it was smooth and the gentleman that took my keys., Daud, was very friendly, knowledgeable and does a great job representing enterprise. I will certainly look to Enterprise in the future, as I have been using Sixt only for the past few years due to their high-end options.

  I am an amputee, lost my right leg below the knee eight years ago. I get around quite well thanks to my prosthetic leg, and I fly around the country for work. When I land somewhere, I need a rental car, and the car has to be equipped with a left-foot accelerator. It's a simple, mechanical device, but it must be installed in the car before I can drive it. For many years after the amputation, I had almost constant trouble. I would call the disability office, order the car with the left-foot accelerator, and I'd arrive at my destination only to be told that they never received the order. Enterprise was the most reliable car rental company, but there were still as many misses than there were hits. About a year ago, I posted a complaint after an Enterprise "miss." That complaint started an email exchange with Enterprise. I explained the troubles I was having, and then I crossed my fingers and waited to see if anything would change. Well, it has. The last 7 times that I submitted a request for a left-foot accelerator (including this week at the Nashville airport), the equipped car was waiting for me when I arrived. To everyone at Enterprise, I appreciate your efforts. Thank you!

  I recently rented a SUV from Enterprise Rental Car at the Nashville International Airport. As always, the service was spectacular, the vehicle was given to me quickly and the bit of paperwork was super fast. From arrival at the rental car kiosk to driving out the door in my rental took under 10 mins. Stellar. So why isn't this a 5 star rating - unfortunately - the vehicle was dirty. The inside wasn't too bad but did require me to quickly wipe it down. The outside - it was dirty - it had obviously not been washed between renters. I should never have to take a rental car to the car wash...... That said - Enterprise is the best in my experience and I travel a great deal.
