This is actually the first place I've ever rented a car before (mostly because the whole thing feels kinda intimidating) and i've been exclusively renting from the Clarksville Pike location for the last year and a half, and there's a reason for that, the service is simply unmatched. Every 👏 single 👏 trip has been an absolute breeze thanks to the incredible team and their fantastic manager, Kulan. The staff here is the epitome of what customer service should be. They are consistently hospitable, kind, and genuinely welcoming. What truly sets them apart is their empathy, like they're not just renting you a car, they're literally helping you curate the vibe your journey, whether it's for business or personal jazz lol. In fact, the service is so exceptional that I've continued to come to this smaller location even though there's a few closer to me. I've found that I much prefer the personal touch and professionalism here as opposed to the hustle and bustle of the BNA airport location where everythings in your face all the time and unnecessarily stressful iykyk -_- Over the years, this team has helped me navigate some really difficult times and has also been instrumental in setting me up to make some pretty phenomenal memories as well! **On a side note: I was coming from a birthday trip and some guy slammed into the back of the rental, and fortunately it was his fault, I had insurance, and even though my anxiety was through the roof, Kulan assured me “These things happen”, took the information/report, returned the vehicle, and everything was fine afterwards! Like I was tripping over nothin** I'm moving to the complete opposite side of the country soon, and to be honest, I will genuinely miss this staff. Thank you all for everything, you truly understand what it means to go above and beyond and I'll never forget y'all's kindness!

Normally, a customer is shuttled to pickup a rental car. This made the process of needing/getting a rental super convenient. Great customer service!
