  I had a prior rental reserved through a different company that fell through and I immediately needed a car to travel for a family emergency. I showed up to enterprise within 10 minutes of their closing time due to this last minute fall -through- and since I have already rented with enterprise before- it was the quickest process ever and the enterprise agents treated me with respect and were very friendly and willing to take care of me even though they were closing within 10 mins. The rental agent had me in and out of there within 10 minutes with a rental car that met my needs- and worked with me based on the conditions I needed, a car for the least amount for one day, that I requested to drop off in the state I was traveling to, which worked out perfectly with no issues. When I dropped the car off in the state I had traveled to, I dropped off one day late due to my family member passing away so I was unable to drop off one the day I was expected to, and I was charged the same amount for the first day as the second day, (no surprise and thankful there were no late fees or penalties) filled the gas tank over the “half way” mark which was the amount I got the rental car on- and because the gas was filled to the 3/4 marker when I returned it- the enterprise agent(upon return) refunded me a fair price for the money for the extra gas- I was not expecting that but I thought that was honorable and very reasonable. Overall great experience with enterprise not only this time, but any time I rent with them. They really helped me when I had a lot of stress going on during my travel to see my declining family member before they passed away, and I truly am thankful that enterprise was able to get me in and out for the rental process so quickly- and effortlessly. Very professionally and I am very happy with their customer service. Will absolutely be renting again with them soon!

  This is literally the best location in Nashville. I rent from them Anytime I need to rent a car but most recent had gotten to a wreck and had to get one of their cars me being me in difficult. They worked with me let me trade my vehicle out with no problem. They have been very kind to me and I definitely would recommend this location Above anywhere else

  My car was totaled and Tristan drove to the collision center on icy roads to bring me a super reliable and nice car for a rental. All I had to do was drive it home from there! Paperwork was quick and easy and she picked something right inside the budget of insurance coverage. I really appreciate the service and had a great experience.
