Had a issue with a break chamber, ended up my driver ran over some stuff they came out, helped him get air supply deliver the load, come to the shop and fix the trailer all in the same day And gave me a fair price, and charged me what they asked for Hard to find hard working and fair shops nowadays I would drive 300 miles empty if I have a problem anywhere close to these guys , than risk a "road service"

- AFAlex FakashchukOct 27, 20255.0Had a relatively great experience with CML Roadside Repair. I had a brake drum explode and ended up taking out an airbag, brake chamber, and my wheel and rim. I called CML, they requested photos and were able to provide me with an estimate over the phone and send someone out in a reasonable amount of time. The techs came out and got to work, they were able to complete the repair and get me rolling within a few hours! Most other places I called told me they wouldn’t be able to get to me until the next day, and almost no one else had parts on hand to come out right away. I was on a time sensitive load, and needed to be rolling that night so I was very thankful for them having parts on hand and being available. The quoted estimate they gave me over the phone was very close to what I was actually charged. As another reviewer said, their prices on parts are very fair. The labor was expensive, but it always will be on a job like this after hours on the side of the road, and it was something I was willing to pay for to get rolling that night. Unfortunately their roadside truck ended up needing a jump and it seems like that took a while to get someone to come out to help them so it could’ve been a bit quicker but stuff happens. Overall I would recommend CML, their quoted price was accurate, they came out with all the parts needed on hand in a reasonable amount of time and got me rolling that night.
