He immediately ask me to pop the hood. He took the old light out and we went in to purchase a new one. He was so polite and professional. I offered him a tip for helping me. He refused to take it. I kept on insisting he take it . He told me to put that away for gas. He is definitely an asset to the company. We need more Robert Rittenburg in the world today.
