When I was ready to check out, Andre M., a parts manager, did not acknowledge me standing at the counter. I noticed that he was talking to somebody on his earbuds. I had to say "hello" to get his attention. He just looked up and ignored me. Then finally he walked over to the checkout counter to ring up my two quarts of oil. He didn't say anything and he gave me an unpleasant look, as if I was bothering him or inconveniencing him. After I paid, he didn't say anything and just left the oil on the counter without even asking me if I wanted a bag. I had to ask him for a bag. This is totally unacceptable for a manager to act like this towards a customer. I get better service at a gas station.
