When we walked toward the Alamo booth to pick up the car the man came out to greet us and walked us to the car, opened the trunk and loaded our bags. He then started the car, gave us the keys and directions to the exit!! WOW!!
- DPD Pontius4 days ago5.0Alamo BNA was fast. Efficient. Enthusiastic and friendly. I don’t travel much and having a company who is all about kindness and respect has my heart. We went to the counter and he welcomed us and though we were in line he made sure we knew he remembered us. He was quick and efficient. Lot agent saw us and she walked out to welcome us. Gave us a few choices and thanks us for our business. We’ll be back Alamo!!

You pay too much, and when a customer needs help, not even the supervisor shows up. What a disappointment! I'm at the hospital, and I sent my husband to return the car. I left my wallet in the car. I called my husband, and only 40 minutes passed. The car he returned hadn't turned up, nor had the wallet. Nobody had any answers. The lost and found closes at 4 pm. If you lose something, you have to wait a day to see if they find it. Plus, you have to file a report, which is useless because they never respond. Then they give all sorts of theories: maybe the person who cleaned the car has it, or maybe it's in the lost and found. It's unclear if the car was left behind and the customer who rented it found it. Nothing is known. They don't solve anything. Terrible customer service.

However, my experience with Alamo, a company branded as the everyday person's rental company, was better than a premium experience. Everyone i dealt with throughout the entire process was exceptional! I'll be a customer forever!
