  I tried the new online check-in. As I was standing in the garage, reading my phone so I could figure out which car to take, Reggie came up and offered to help. He walked me to my car and helped put my bags in. I really appreciated how proactive and friendly he was. Great customer service! P.s. When I returned the car, Mohammed met me promptly and, without the smile ever leaving his face, he asked about my rental satisfaction, told me where to leave the keys, and wished me good travels. Such a pleasure!

  We really appreciated the young guys that checked our mini van return in at Nashville airport .They were awesome . Helpful, cheerful and listened to an issue we had with the van. I wish I wrote down there names so we could personally address them. We had a crazy travel day having to change airports because of a canceled flight… had to drive several hours to Nashville…..( got there about 6-pm on Jan 6 ) if that helps locate them . Those guys are “keepers” Because they help make kind of a rotten long day….better

  Stay far away! They charged us for an extra day of having the car. We reached out to an agent via phone the second we noticed the mistake, and were told a refund was being processed. Months later with still no refund, and any attempt to contact them falls upon someone who tells us we will "get a call back" - which doesn't end up happening. We've called and spoken to multiple representatives who regurgitate the same sentence - "there's nothing we can do, corporate office at Charleston has to contact you." Disputed the charge with our bank and still struggling to get them to corporate! AVOID!!!!

  I recently rented from Alamo at the Nashville Airport (BNA) and it was hands-down one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived, our SUV wasn’t quite finished being cleaned. The staff was incredibly apologetic and the manager personally stepped in to help. After a very short 5-minute wait, the manager hand-delivered the keys and apologized again for the slight delay. Once in the garage, the attendants were welcoming, walked us directly to our vehicle, and made sure we were comfortable before we drove off. The car itself was spotless. During our trip, we noticed a slow leak in one of the tires. I called the customer service number and they were quick to find a resolution. Since the location we were traveling to didn’t have a replacement vehicle available, they offered to reimburse a tire patch at a local shop. We were in and out of the auto shop within an hour and back on our way. When we dropped the car back off, the return attendant was very apologetic about the inconvenience. Despite the minor tire issue, the way the Alamo team handled everything—from the manager at BNA to the customer service line—was top-notch. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and proactive. I highly recommend this location if you want a stress-free rental experience!

  I have been a loyal customer to Alamo and always rent from the airport. The website needs to be updated because I have never had to pay a deposit but as I was leaving they said I had to pay a deposit and nowhere on the website said anything about such thing unless you are renting a passenger van or luxury vehicle whom I had neither. I paid the deposit but was highly confused. I will still rent from Alamo because I have been a customer for over 6 years and their process is so much easier than any other company. The deposit issue is the only reason of me giving 4 stars because it’s not clear cut in the website or at least the app which is what I use every time to book.
