    I've spent thousands of dollars at this location over the years. I recently purchased a car cover to protect against rain coming later that night. The rain went straight through it and I now have a mildew scented car and a useless $50 cover that they won't accept back. I have the receipt and original packaging, but the manager (Lester), says their return policy says they can sell you trash and as long as you don't open it you can return it.

    I purchased brakes, rotors, a battery, and windshield wipers online and picked them up here. During checkout, I was informed that online purchases aren’t eligible for certain in-store perks, such as free installations. However, when I completed the online survey, I was asked if I had used the free installation for the items I bought. This information might be helpful for other shoppers to know beforehand, as policies for online and in-store purchases can vary, according to the supervisor. The staff was about to assist me, but the supervisor instructed them not to do so due to the reasons stated above and included how I had received a discount online. I’m not sure how penalizing customers for using discounts for online purchases has anything to do with perks offered publicly to customers. His communication was poor, as he spoke to the cashier instead of me regarding this matter.

    They have new manager in the store. He’s really really bad and super bad service. They always liar. I’m not gonna go back to this store again. I was going to this store for 20 years and right now I’m not gonna go in this store no more.
