Mid trip our car started making noises and the farther we drove the more worried we got. Finally we stopped at Advance Auto Parts and got help. Edie who was a mechanic working there was actually nice enough to check our vehicle fluids, gave us much needed reassurance, and also gave my engine a quick look for any concerning sounds. Frankie and Jackie who were working at the cash register at that moment were also incredibly nice and gave us the best options for fluids in case we would need to add any extra during our trip. I was on a tight budget so having this kind of help in such an important moment of my life was truly a blessing. Thank you so much for going the extra mile for us :) ! We made it safely to our destination thanks to this team of good people that we met on our way!

I went to change it out and realized that I was sold high beam headlights. I went back to the store the next day to purchase the correct lights. They then tried to sell me the same lights the already had. In the computer system it is saying the low beam lights are high beams and the high beams are the low. Just wanting to share this information in the hopes that someone is able to look into it to correct this issue. I was pulled over by the police for a missing headlight the previous night because of this issue.

- ZZZahodAug 3, 20251.0I came to get a rear brake caliper for my 2007 ford fusion and the rude employe named Pete that was searching it up for me told me that they did not have one, then he said that they didn’t have one and it would be 250$ which is not what it says on the website, I then went to the advanced on Lebanon pike in hermitage and the fine gentleman there were respectful and helpful and they told me the part only cost 110$ with a 40$ core charge totaling to 165$ with tax, I wanna know where the extra 85$ came from??? I think they are doing shady business down at the Donelson store and stealing money from customers and advance, I will not be going to the donelson location ever again aslong as that rude, up charging Pete is still there. He is not a good employee
