It ended up not being so, in the way I found out is a gentleman that works there named Eric, big guy with a big beard, hope I got his name right. Not only did Eric help me figure out it wasn’t a fuse issue, but he actually took the time to come out to my vehicle and tested multiple electric components to figure out the core of my problem. Now keep in mind, this isn’t something that they usually do. Eric went out of his way with his own tools, Took his time, and made sure I was taken care of. If it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have been able to roll my windows up and my car would’ve been flooded out in the rain today. I gave him a tip, but damn near had to fight him to get him to take it, very humble fella. Thank you Eric!! Top notch service and beyond

First you should be able to take a used battery anywhere and get a core charge no matter what. 2 chubby guy behind the counter doesn’t how to use his own computer because if he did he would have gone to transaction history, entered part number, entered my number if he really needed to see my receipt for a 22$ core lol. But no he cops an attitude acts like he knows everything. Shocker the next advance I went to on nolo pike was able swap the core in less then 5 minutes and said he must’ve just not known what he was talking about. Very rude, unhelpful and unwilling. Specially the chubby young guy up front I’m sure he’s new being he doesn’t know how to use his own computer.
