I had gone to two other similar auto parts store prior to coming to this one, and the other two either didn't sell batteries (though they marketed that they do), or weren't able to install one for me because they said they were understaffed. Well, Tim at Advance Auto Parts made sure I got help immediately, allowed me to redeem a coupon I had gotten in the mail, even given me an extra discount because I told him the trouble I'd had. He did the battery change on my car himself, and was so kind, and nice to talk to. I will absolutely come back to this location for future car parts/needs in the future. Tim told me he's worked there for over 14 years. They are lucky have him! THANK YOU, TIM!!!
