  A few days after speaking with Mike regarding a rattle of my exhaust valve, I was able to swing my truck by the shop for an inspection . Nick was at the front desk and after being briefed on the issue, pulled my truck onto the lift and went to work fixing her up. From initial call through repair Mike and Nick were friendly, informative and to the point. I received other quotes prior to being told about Donelson Muffler which were astronomical compared to what I ultimately paid for such a quick and solid job executed by Nick. I can count on one hand the amount of reviews I've submitted for any company. However, I had to boast on the team at Donelson Muffler for the time they took to school me up on the issue with my truck and their honest repair recommendation/execution - rather than some inflated overhaul that other shops had recommended be done. Highly recommend this shop, keep up the great work fellas!

  The guy there wad great. I called on short notice to get a job done and they stayed open until I could come down there and they can fix it up for me. I'll definitely take jobs there again. Plus they stock flowmaster!

  Went in for a rattling exhaust pipe and not only did they get me in immediately but, they fixed it immediately, too! The guys in there were so nice and you could tell they really care about their business and the people who come in to see them!

  Amazing work and shop. Ken and Mike went out of their way to put on a muffler for by BMW. Most shops would of turned me away but they were determined to get it right. I really appreciate it and highly recommend these guys.
