Honestly felt good from the jump right when I walked in, they just talk to ya like they care and they want to help as opposed to the drones at a dealership that just try to squeeze ya for everything they can. I came to get my Trailer worked on and they exceeded my expectations. Such great customer service. Kym in the office was patient and friendly and help listened to my issues. Kevin the mechanic was also awesome. He was attentive to detail and made sure I was completely satisfied. I have to give the shop 5 Stars overall. I’m happy and on the road again to make that money. - CCChad CollinsMar 2, 20261.0Went in for a trailer airbag replacement. Was told it'd be 1 hour of labor($145)and the airbag was $140. With tax, it'd be $305.XX out the door. Okay, cool! An hour later, they're done and I go to pay. All of a sudden, the price was $450.XX. The labor had gone up to $216, the airbag was now $165, unethical shop fee of $18.99, some crazy credit card processing fee(the cost of doing business)and tax. Avoid these con artists. If they ripped me off, they'll do it to you, too!! Don't give them your business!
