  Had a tense run-in with one of their drivers at the Firestone in Nashville. Asked him to move his truck, and he got super aggressive—got in my face, said I’m “not from the streets,” flipped me the middle finger right up close, and flat-out refused to move his vehicle or act responsibly. I recorded video of the whole thing and reported it to the company with the footage. They dismissed it completely—no action taken. This kind of intimidating, confrontational behavior from someone representing the business is unacceptable and made me feel unsafe. Won’t return, and others should watch out around their drivers. Customer respect and safety matter—clearly not a priority here.

  They keep saying they will be there in about 20 minutes multiple times. 3 hours later I'm still waiting. Glad I was able to fix my car within that time. $150 for a 7 minute drop off is ridiculous. Thank you for being late.

  This company is awesome! My husband and I were just right outside Nashville when we had to pull over. I called them and asked how much it would run me and how long it would take. They answered promptly and was able to give me a time and price. What surprised me is that they actually showed up at the time they said they would. It only took 20 minutes on Christmas! They were really nice and got done with everything within an hour. Highly recommend!

  This is a very bad company. I can't believe they do business the way they do. They care nothing about people. Do not use this company for anything or you to will be sorry you did. They laugh at a person in the worst of situations. If it was up to me I would have this terrible disgusting company shut down for good.

  I called 6 towing places before reaching out to Bailey’s. They were very sympathetic and told me it would be an hour wait. The tow truck showed up about 40 minutes later. The driver was very respectful and was prompt in getting my trailer loaded up. He was careful in loading the trailer and stayed with the trailer at the hotel until we arrived. He said he didn’t want to just leave it there until he was sure it was safe. I absolutely recommend them.
