  As a girly pop who has no clue about cars, Monty was SO incredibly helpful. My car battery died and he was so informative and knowledgeable! Thank you, Monty!!!!

  Went to grab a part yesterday. The little guy with dyed locs & John Deere hoodie just looked at me and said nothing as I stood in front of him. He just ignored me and continued to text on his phone. I greeted him again, he continued to ignore me.... I asked him if he worked there and he finally acknowledged me saying "gimme a minute".... Maybe find some employees that want to do their job instead of just standing texting behind the counter while a customer tries to buy a product. I walked out after the unprofessionalism displayed & took my business to O'Reilly's....

  Came in for a battery replacement and the staff there was the rudest most unprofessional crew I have ever met. They were all joking around with each other and ignoring me when I was just in for a simple fix. I was trying to replace my dead battery and Kearius looked like he wanted to be anywhere in the world other than helping me with it. I left and went to O’reileys down the street. I will 100% never return.
