  Service is excellent than the other auto parts shops. When I was looking for my vehicle's taillights, they gave me an offer to install them for free 👍

  Just had a problem with another auto zone and drove here to get a phone number of a district manager...so happy I did because he was there at this store...he was so apologetic and went so out of his way to help me...got me what I needed and refused payment from me...can't thank him enough....this will now be my new auto zone...

  I went today at 11:30 when I wanted to buy a product. The girl was on the phone and too busy to help me. Then I went to the other counter, and the African guy was very rude. As soon as I approached, he told me to get out of there, that wasn't his job. So why was he sitting at the counter in uniform? The guy is 5'7", has a tattoo on his arm, and short hair. He's at the back counter; I think he's customer service. Be careful with this guy. If you approach him to ask something, he'll yell at you that it's not his job. I don't recommend this place because they treat customers badly. Even so, I bought the product. I'm going to file a complaint with human rights organizations.

  Very unprofessional people they don’t even know the tools or parts you ask for and they are not trained as well, train them with professionalism. Show them the tools what they are. The employees are group chatting and ignoring people.
