  This Review is for Floyd. I know working at an auto parts place has been challenging but this guy was straight up impressive. I came in looking for a tail light bulb for a friends car and there were two to choose from he did not just sell me the first one but said let’s double check and make sure it is the right one (thankfully car was there). He went out and got the proper bulb and went ahead and replaced both sides and turn signals. Checked my battery as well as I requested. The great thing is he did it with professionalism and was quick as well. I used to be a warranty claims inspector and service advisor and have to say that guy did better than anyone I have ever seen.

  Make sure they have given you the exact right part- they cost me a lot of money because I had to run to another location to get the correct part and they wouldn’t honor sale pricing across locations in the exchange process. The locations actively badmouthed one another and the workers said they would just buy their own parts online at other companies. Lesson learned. Now we know! Other than that, the employees were nice enough and down to earth, just seems like a bad company culture in general.
