  Not good. Tire shine never works. Car never gets dry. Staff is unresponsive to email about membership. Go to Starbrite Carwash on Broad for cheaper and 10x better wash + experience.

  Paid for works but got nothing that came with the works. Wheres my tire dressing???? Where's my rainbow coat? Wheres my red hot cleanser? Wheres my body wax? As a detailer this is why I avoid automatic washes.

  Amazing staff, always clean, sometimes its busy but the spots are really wide and have vacuums on each side :3 also free mat cleaner!

  I’ve really enjoyed having this membership for years. Excellent customer service and value for price. Really enjoyed having access to the towels and mat cleaning machine. Only dislike is likelihood that your car could get damage. I had chunks of my glass window scratched off my window. My SUV is paid off so I don’t sweat it but I wouldn’t bring a new car through this type of car wash. Accidents do happen.

  The staff is the nicest anywhere! I really like how wide the parking spots are so that you can open your doors without competing with anyone else while you’re using the vacuums. I really like that they have a Matt washing station if you have the right kind of mats to be able to fit through the machine. Every single other detail is a negative. I got the second up car wash, I’m assuming that in order to not be wiping dirt off of your windows and to leave without the exact same dirty car you came in with you have to go for the absolute top wash. They have rags, but no cleaners unless you want to pay for two small packets worth out of a vending machine. The vacuums wouldn’t really pick up anything at all and every 2 minutes you have to put down the vacuum, head back to its station, and re-press the button. I normally get the lowest wash on membership at Take 5, and they have free cleaner and rags and I walk away with a spotless car inside and out with no issues every time. I came thinking I’d be switching my memberships over for the whole family, and I unfortunately will not be returning even though it’s a great location and has very friendly staff.
