  Deon is always fantastic to work with! I appreciate how transparent he was about the entire process and how he explained what needed to be done in order to keep our vehicle safe to drive. He took care of our immediate concerns and gave us a game plan for the road ahead. Looking forward to working with this location more as the entire staff creates a great atmosphere and they are very quick in their repairs!

  I had such a great experience here and felt like I truly needed to share it! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me. Randall, in particular, was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to take care of me and made what could’ve been a stressful situation so much easier. I came in needing a full set of tires, and he got me completely taken care of. Not only that, but he kept me informed every step of the way. Calling me about any complications and clearly breaking everything down so I understood exactly what was going on. That level of communication and honesty meant so much. It’s not every day you find someone so professional, patient, and kind, especially when you’re already dealing with car issues. Randall truly helped a girl out, and I’m so grateful for his help! Overall, this place provides excellent service, fair treatment, and a team that genuinely looks out for their customers. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending them to anyone I know. If you go, ask for Randall and you’ll be in great hands!

  I take all of my vehicles here because the team simply cares and appreciates the fact I have a young family, and have never once tried to over charge me. They are always prompt and fair. John has been a major help to me and gives the same impeccable service every time. This past week I got my car serviced and fixed. 3 days later when my check engine light did come back on, they fixed it same day free of charge. Deon, not only told me this would be the case but made it happen. Randall and Cat are always so friendly and attentive. I appreciate the entire team for always fixing my problems without breaking the bank and doing so with a friendly, and inviting environment. I will never take my car anywhere else.

  I recently had an experience with Tire Discounters that I feel could have been handled better. On 2/26/26, I visited for tires, an alignment, and an oil change. During that visit, my brakes were checked and I was advised that the front brakes needed replacement, while the rear brakes were in good condition. I agreed to the recommended service. Shortly after, I began noticing a shaking sensation while driving, along with a grinding noise when braking—issues that were not present prior to my visit. I returned on 3/28/26 to have the vehicle checked. After waiting for over an hour, I was told that no issues could be found or heard. However, the problem persisted, and I had two other individuals drive the vehicle, both of whom were able to hear the grinding noise. When I returned again, a manager rode with me and was able to hear the issue. I was then asked to come back on 3/30/26 so it could be addressed. My concern is that I am now being told I may be responsible for covering the cost of repairs for a problem that began only after my initial service. I had not experienced these issues prior to bringing my car in. I appreciate that the manager finally acknowledged the concern, but overall, this situation has required multiple visits and several hours without a clear resolution. I hope this can be handled fairly and efficiently moving forward.
