We had a pretty frustrating experience at the Take 5 car wash. We pulled up to the fast pass gate and waited an unusually long time for an attendant. My wife and I even considered moving to another lane, thinking the gate might be broken. Just as she was about to move, another driver sped past us to get in front, so we decided to stay put in our original spot.
Finally, an attendant came out, and I explained that we had been there first and waiting. To our disbelief, he completely ignored us, looked past the kiosk at the other cars, and proceeded to let at least five vehicles go ahead of us. When I confronted him, he claimed he needed to go inside to activate the gate for us. However, another attendant then approached the same gate, simply pushed a button, and let the car behind us pass through. It felt like the young man that told me his name was Edgar had a blatant disregard for our time, contributions and presence as customers! And the towel smell horrible, like dirty sewer water and the vacuums have very weak suction.
