I am a man with a disability and use a wheelchair for mobility, and as such, cannot get out of my car to pump my own gas. Yes, people in wheelchairs can and do drive independently. Normally, I would call in to the location and ask for some help and tell them what pump I was on and it was fine. Today, I call and no answer after about a dozen rings. So I resorted to what I used to have to do, which was find a customer going into the store and have the employees come out. But again, no help after about 10 minutes. So, I call again with no answer. I have been waiting for a good 20 minutes now. I finally had another customer see my predicament and help me himself, which he didn't have to do, that part of the employees job. I don't if it happens again, I may start looking for a different gas station. This one was so good for so long that I would go out of my way just to go to this one. It sucks.
