  I just went this morning for my first time based on the reviews that I read,Brett is the person that I dealt with he was nice and they got me in and out,I would go again.

  I had got a used car from my cousin, with no problems upon test driving it, and took my car over to the oil express on old fort parkway for a simple oil change. They told me I had multiple oil leaks and said I need to get an inspection on my car. I took what they were saying to mind, but since I drove the car and nothing they were saying added up because the car wasn’t leaking oil the whole time I had it. I had asked them for fully synthetic oil in my car. Not too long after leaving this oil express my car would start shaking on acceleration and smell like burning oil. I went again to the same place and they said the same thing about the oil leaks and they recommended I get an inspection once again, so I did this time. After the inspection, I got back paperwork stating a list of issues costing over $2000 worth of things needing to be fixed and they said it would be better to get it all done at once because there’s so much oil covering the parts they can’t tell where the leaking is coming from. I proceeded to ask if that was why my car is burning oil upon acceleration and the guy claimed to have no idea what would cause that. In that moment everything started to seem like a red flag. The 3rd time I get an oil change I went to the oil express on south church street and they showed me my air filter and recommended I should get it changed and said I should get fully synthetic oil with for car I have. Being that the old filter was fairly dirty I got the new air filter and told them I was sure fully synthetic oil was the type of oil I got last time. They said no it says you got mid synthetic at the last appointment and I said “interesting…”. They mentioned nothing about oil leaks of any kind. 2 months after that the shaking and burning oil smell disappeared. This situation lead to me thinking about my previous car that is no longer running and how it had similar issues after leaving the oil express on old fort. Thinking “so they were putting lower grade oil in my car so I’d have to pay for an inspection? Is that why I have a Volvo just sitting in my driveway that is no longer running?” I would definitely recommend the oil express on south church street from now on. They are honest, helpful, and very nice.

  I was here to get my oil change with volvo xc60 2013. And they have done a good job in the past. But today I had young guy, and it was his time changing a volvo oil. His face expression was awful, because he didn't want to be bothered. But he finally asked for help. I understand if you didn't know how to do it, but always remember to ask for help, and have good customer. service
