    I have always used this location for rentals UNTIL TODAY. I work for the state and was picking up a rental from work and was treated with absolute disrespect from Mirah (my-rah). She was unprofessional and rude, I used to work with Jared and Arlan and they were always kind and helpful. I won’t be back now after the way she spoke to me and treated me I have never experienced anything like this.

    The Enterprise Rent A Car on Franlin Road in Murfreesboro TN has the best customer service. I was a walk in on one of their busiest weeks. The reason was I made last minute plans. They had one car left on the lot to rent. I took it. Then I came back to let them know I didn't like it. It was a Nissan Ultima and I wanted something that sat up higher. So I had to wait to get something I wanted. But because I wasn't completely happy Ivan was kind enough to give me a very good discount. And they were all so courtesy and polite! I will use them again! Thanks guys!
