  We rented a van from the west college location for a week. When we dropped off after hours we forgot Rayban sunglasses inside. I went by four days later, asked about my glasses and they still had them! Thank you West College Enterprise team for being so honest!!!

  Terrible service all dude could do is get you out of there. I had a debit card and they wouldn't even take it. Terrible terrible person waiting on me.

  Had a Reservation atleast a week for a spring break trip and even did Check ins for a full size SUV. When I get there they said they were trying to contact me because they didn’t have any of those available. I was getting all the check in texts and emails, but they said they were calling a number that was going to dial tone? Unsatisfactory .. had to find other travel plans for spring break due to this. 1 out of 5

  Short little man with the tiny blonde mustache needs to be retrained on what to tell customers regarding refunds for vehicle coverage. I almost never get vehicle coverage but given that I just totaled my vehicle and I’m involved with a lot of other expensive monetary decision-making right now I opted to get the full coverage because he said if I chose to cancel it, I can cancel it and get it refunded the same day. Apparently that’s not true and their representatives at the branch are now telling me that I can’t get my $459 back until I return the vehicle although the coverage is canceled and they have already verified that the car is in the same condition that it was rented in. There is absolutely no reason why they can’t issue a refund while I am still in the vehicle for a service. I am no longer using. This is ridiculous and he needs to be retrained and reprimanded because playing with people’s money when they’re already facing a financial crisis isn’t just an “oops” moment. I hope for his sake, he isn’t the one checking me out when I bring this vehicle back Because he’s gonna hear every single word that’s on my mind.
