  I had a truly disappointing first ever experience at this Valvoline location at 3249 Memorial Blvd. From the moment I arrived, no one took the time to explain anything thoroughly, do their job with care, or even communicate at a basic level. I understand this is a fast-paced environment, but based on my experience, it felt very clear that they value speed and money over customer satisfaction. I’ve already had to go back twice—the second visit being to fix a mistake they made by not checking the oil drain plug and gasket, which left oil residue spilling over my reservoir. Even during that second visit, the manager, Braeden, didn’t take the time to verify the mistake was actually corrected or ensure everything was truly in good condition. I did appreciate Daniel, who was kind, but the overall service was still extremely lacking. Now, I have to go back a third time, this time to a different Valvoline location, just to have someone triple-check their work because I simply do not trust the job that was done here. As a woman, I especially would not recommend coming to this location. When someone doesn’t have extensive car knowledge and relies on staff to be honest, patient, and clear, it becomes very obvious when that trust is taken advantage of. I felt dismissed, rushed, and upsold on things I didn’t need—yet the actual work I was paying good money for wasn’t even done thoroughly. I’ve filed a case with their customer care line and am awaiting a full refund. Overall, this has been frustrating, time-consuming, and unacceptable. Save your time, money, and peace of mind—go somewhere that values proper care, communication, and respect. *photo of oil that spilled out right after my 2nd visit for them to correct this issue*

  I had a blast, they were so quick and easy and the price was incredibly reasonable for the wait time, would recommend coming again.

  The assistant manager Braeden will try to overcharge you for services. (What else is new) I pulled in and immediately they drained my oil without telling me the price also tried to sell me an air filter for $27 dollars then tried to raise the price to 39 dollars and when I said no he took it back down to $27 dollars and once the oil was drained he tried to charge me an astronomical amount of money for the oil change. Guy is a complete crook and shouldn’t be in management. Will never go there again. Customer service was awful.

  Great place to get an oil change and tire rotation. Very friendly and professional. I take all my vehicles there.

  There were 3 young men who were involved with my oil change today. As each one finished another car they came to help out on mine since there were no other customers waiting. They were all very professional and helped each other to get my service completed efficiently and quickly. Entire process took about ten minutes. Absolutely no pressure to purchase additional products or services, just a super quick oil change along with checking all the fluid levels, tire pressure, and air filters for the engine and cabin. Highly recommended!
