- CMCarol MunozJan 27, 20261.0UPDATE!!!! The district manager chose to not call us to have a conversation about this but decided to deny the claim after reviewing the cameras at the location. Where you cannot see the issue. Then decided we weren’t worth the phone call but had customer service call and tell us he denied it and the buck stops there. Corporate couldnt give us his bosses information to make a complaint about the situation. This happens on the truck of an activity duty military member. The customer service of this company is horrendous. ALERT ‼️ NEVER GO TO Valvoline Instant Oil change on Medical Center Parkway. They break the wheel stud on the a tire doing a tire rotation and then the manager Amber has the audacity to tell us that they will deny the claim. She claims the part was broken before from too much torque but how can that be if I can unthread the part from the wheel lug. She put in a denial before we could even call corporate to put in a claim. A mechanic walked in and asked how this is possible and Amber proceeded to say I don’t know how this happened but I’m gonna deny it anyways. They tried to keep the lug nut so I couldn’t see that they broke the wheel stud. Amber said just go to the tire store like this is a $20 fix. This is a $400-$600 cost that Amber expects me to pay for her error. Again do not go to this location unless you want broken parts, rude service, and out of pocket cost.
