  I took my 2021 Audi Q7 for an oil change. My car was doing the Audi oil burn thing and just needed a top off, but I figured that since it was almost time for a change I’d just do it. Usually I just go to the dealer it might cost $5.00 to $10.00 extra, but it is easy. Today I didn’t have time to drive into Brentwood so I decided to go to the Valvoline store on Rutherford Blvd in Murfreesboro. BIG MISTAKE. Apparently to change the oil in an Audi they have to remove an engine cover and no one in the shop knew how. While they finished up several cars they started after mine, I watched them have many discussions among all the techs and when they started jiggling the cover and trying to force it off I asked the manager to stop. I felt that they might damage the part, and really if they didn’t know how to remove it the odds we’re pretty good they didn’t know how to put it back on. The manager complied and refilled and topped off the oil. I then had to wait while they reattached the skid plate. I know this is a complicated process and involves a lot of delicate fasteners but based on the amount of time they took and the really ugly sounds I heard coming from under my car I feel I now must make the drive to Brentwood and make sure there is no damage. This is not an exotic and the process shouldn’t have been known to them.

  First time at this location but have used many Valvolines in the area. They had a hard working crew and the guy who did my oil change was definitely a go getter. Great crew

  Great service, with a smile. In and out with no hassle or issues. Love just getting Webster I need and having great people to answer my questions and make me feel secure.

  Always very professional when I come to get my oil changed. They have to go through the motions of asking you about doing other things but I just say no and they don’t push anything. Definitely recommend Valvoline

  Guys did a great job of getting my three services (oil, transmission, radiator) done efficiently. It took about 50 minutes for the 3 services. Very attentive and professional. Very conveniently located near Costco. Less expensive than the dealership, and I saved about $39 with coupons.
