- JWJeff WallisSep 30, 20251.0After being a member for approximately one year, on September 30, 2025 I took my cyber truck to get a wash. The rotating brush grabed my windshield wiper and tore it off. The car wash manager said was not covered because the blade moved during the operation. Keep in mind there is no way to retract or hide my wiper from exposure to their rotating brushes but they insisted their contract with me doesn’t cover such things. Fairness is not one of their virtues. I strongly suggest anyone to avoid using their services.
