I had a flat and took my work van to them. I purchased a new tire from and they put it on... But they were the first tire shop in my life that didn't put my spare back on! To me that's just laziness and after I purchased a new tire for a couple hundred, that's the least they could have done!

I presented to Tire Discounters in Murfreesboro after hitting a pothole which knocked out my alignment and caused my tire pressure light to come on. TD stated the alignment was off, the rep stated the tire pressures and sensors were fine. I paid $160 for the alignment, but when driving noted the light was still on and the vehicle continued to drift. I immediately returned to TD. The manager, Jon, test drove the vehicle. Upon returning he refused to speak with me but informed the front desk rep the vehicle was fine. The front desk representative was unable to provide a rationale regarding the sensor light being on or why the vehicle continued to drift. Jon again refused to speak to me. I presented to TD at 1200, sat patiently while my vehicle was being serviced, ultimately leaving at 1450. I immediately presented to the dealership and was worked in. A tire sensor was replaced and alignment completed resulting in an additional $392. The vehicle now drives smoothly. The lights are off, and the drift has resolved. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office, BBB, and requested a full refund.

Superb Service! Here's why -- I was traveling through Murfreesboro on a Friday afternoon when I had a tire blowout on a specialty high performance Michelin tire. The Service Manager (Chandler) expedited ordering the specialty tire for a Saturday morning delivery, which happened as promised, and the General Manager (John) prioritized the service, with the Service Manager and others completing the work quickly and allowing me to resume my travels by 12:30 pm. I am impressed with their focus on delivering superb customer service (timely, and achieving customer expectations for a traveling customer!) -- and minimizing my hotel expenses by completing the work as soon as possible. Job well done!

I got here at 11:45am and was told my tire rotation would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. 3 1/2 hours later and I’m still sitting here! Had to complain after 3 hours just to get them to pull my truck in. Terrible service!
The #1 cause of uneven or rapid tire wear is misalignment. Your vehicle also may pull to one side or feel "loose" when steering, and you might even observe a drop in fuel economy. Alignment is critical to tire life and vehicle safety. In fact, if you install new tires on a misaligned vehicle, some manufacturers won't even honor your tire warranty. Everyday driving, potholes, hard turns, and sudden stops, gradually knock your wheels out of alignment. This wear is natural, but it can quickly chew through your tires. That's why Tire Discounters includes a FREE alignment ($129.99 value) when you purchase 4 tires installed. It's just another way we help you get more life (and more value) out of your tires.
