  I have had good service there up until the 3rd time and they did not put my wheel lock back into my truck and the manager John says that there is nothing he can do. We'll lets see you can do couple things replace the wheel lock key #1. Replace all the lugs with new one and new wheel lock key #2. You don't tell the customer there is nothing you can do cause it's your employees who didn't put back into my vehicle. Start holding your employees accountable, or make it right cause you nor did anyone pay for the vehicle and your company is the one who is on the wrong. It would be like me coming in there and getting 4 new tires but only paying for 1 or 2 cause I said so. So take care of ALL the people who come to your store cause WE are the ones who keep your business going rather you believe it or not. I have been trying to get it back for 2 to 3 weeks and been very fair about it and you just want to say there is nothing you can do. 100% unprofessional

  I received 4 new tires and an alignment at this tire discount store. The first issue I had was the wait time I came to the store at 9:50 appointment was at 10 and I did not get to leave until around 12:45. The second issue I had was after I paid ( a decent price, although I did have to ask why they didn’t put the discount on they said they would give me. Which they did take off at the end.) I was getting ready to leave and realized the alignment paperwork I asked for at the beginning was not in my paper work. I asked if I could get the paper work the person had to call the technician back and when asked he said the printer was broken but they too a picture of it. When he showed me the picture he then informed me that he could not get the alignment right. When I drove home I found I now have a pull slightly to the right.

  These guys are amazing and the only place I'll get any maintenance done to either my personal or work trucks. So friendly, helpful and time conscious. Feels like Murfreesboro in the '90s in there.

  The handsome man Randell is so kind and sweet. I was having issues with the wheels on my car and my sweet honey boy Randell helped me in a jiffy. I always recommend the Tire Discounters on Medical Center and always ask for Randell!

  I would first like to start by saying, as a consistent customer at Tire Discounter, I encountered terrible customer service. I was told that my 2021 GMC Sierra would have a full alignment service completed, but it was later explained to me that Tire Discounter does not have the equipment to align 3500 Dually trucks. I purchased 6 tires that were supposed to include 60,000 miles, but without the completed alignment, they lasted only 27,000 miles. When speaking with the sales rep at TD, I was told that my truck suspension was bad due to hauling heavy equipment daily. t to align my Dually truck. When the whole time, my truck was never aligned which is included in the package, because the location did not have the equipment. Also, during the tire replacement, my tire pressure censor appeared to be broken, which was later discovered to be loose inside of the front driver side tire. Myself, along with my crews' lives were placed in danger, due to the loose censor that could have heated up, and blown out my direction tire. I then took matters into my own hands and went to GMC to receive an inspection, and it was explained that transporting heavy equipment would not affect the tires on the truck. Upon returning to TD with the news, the sales explained that he no longer would speak on the situation. I received the number to TD headquarters, and I was able to speak with a rep by the name Rudolph, after 6-7 conversations, Rudolph explained that a rep from one of the Nashville locations would follow up with me, but I never received a call. I was given a date and time for the alleged follow up, and when I looked it up, I never received a call. When asked for the call back number for the said date, he could not provide me with a number. I never received a follow up from anyone. Lastly, the lies, lack of accountability from the service at TD could have jeopardized my life, along with my team members. As a small business owner, I spent over $7,000 on tires, less than year took a huge toll on my finances, as I had to replace two sets of tires within a year, which were supposed to be a guaranteed 60,000 miles, which had to be replaced at 27,000 miles. I found damage that was discovered after the tire replacement, and it was explained to me that they were unaware of the damages. I have been a loyal customer since 2012, and I was completely dissatisfied with the lack of accountability, financial loss, along with the lies told from the TD locations, and the headquarters. I then tried another location, 207 Wilson Pike Cir, Brentwood, TN expecting a different result, but I was again let down. I thoroughly explained to them that I would like to have my emergency brake shoes changed, but they did not replace the emergency wheels. One month later, my emergency brakes locked, which resulted in a tow truck being called, and I missed a $4,000 job. Onstar contacted me to inform that my front driver side tire air pressure is low. I can provide proof from Onstar, with date and times of the emails that were received after the completed service with TD. I would like to be followed up with in a timely manner. I tried the headquarters, that did not work. Next steps would be submitting this information to the local news to spread awareness!
