We were told it would definitely be complete by 11:30 but gave them an extra 30 minutes and came to pick up our vehicle at noon. Our car had not even been pulled into the shop. They were very crowded, but not honoring appointments is unacceptable. We left and will take our vehicle somewhere else.

Not quick at all and we even had a time window scheduled. Also the store itself is very unclean, no waters in the fridge. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting with pee all over the seat and toilet paper all over the floor. The one off church street is much better.

- SNStephanie NoneyaDec 22, 20251.0for the price you pay you would expect better service. I thought I would try somewhere different for service, the same place I have bought Tires before. First off my heat started blowing cold because they had not gotten all the air out of this with the new coolant which Could have caused a major problem had it also made my thermostat go up. And then about a week after I went back to have this fixed then all of a sudden my windshield washer fluid stopped working. Part of the service was to put new washer fluid in. The washer fluid container was completely empty so they have not done that either. I usually rely on the fact of the oil change places to top off my washer fluid so I don't check it all the time which that part is my fault but 100% their fault that they didn't do what was listed as the services they did. And who knows what else I paid over $500 for a transmission flush, tire rotation, balance, oil change etc. honestly can't tell you at this point now if any of it was really done. I will never go back there and would never recommend them to anyone.
