  The vacuum cleaner cannot be used on rainy days. Customers should be informed of this before paying for the car wash. I will never use this car wash again.

  Today I was very close to giving a justified negative rating. But thanks to the service and the way the situation was resolved, I won't, and on the contrary, I'm leaving extremely satisfied. Thank you to the person who, if not the manager, should be (SHAUN). I hope I have his name correctly; he's simply incredible! Thank you!

  We had a pretty frustrating experience at the Take 5 car wash. We pulled up to the fast pass gate and waited an unusually long time for an attendant. My wife and I even considered moving to another lane, thinking the gate might be broken. Just as she was about to move, another driver sped past us to get in front, so we decided to stay put in our original spot. Finally, an attendant came out, and I explained that we had been there first and waiting. To our disbelief, he completely ignored us, looked past the kiosk at the other cars, and proceeded to let at least five vehicles go ahead of us. When I confronted him, he claimed he needed to go inside to activate the gate for us. However, another attendant then approached the same gate, simply pushed a button, and let the car behind us pass through. It felt like the young man that told me his name was Edgar had a blatant disregard for our time, contributions and presence as customers! And the towel smell horrible, like dirty sewer water and the vacuums have very weak suction.

  I was at the car wash yesterday and Kam gave me the best service in the whole wide world! He will keep me coming ever since he signed me up!! Love the towels and bottles he brought me too. Good service !

  Our daughter decided to become a tornado with her car snacks and I needed to rush and get it cleaned up before picking up a prospective hire for a ride along. The site manager and his crew were phenomenal. It is a rainy, gloomy day he explained that they typically don’t turn on the vacuums. He understood my situation and set up the vacuum system just to allow me to quickly clean up the mess. My wife and I will definitely be returning here!
