- SDSheila DaleNov 10, 20255.0I can't say enough about the service I received today… I was driving and I heard a wind noise… Only to find Out that one of my tires was totally flat… I called Roadside Assistance… But the turnaround time would've been about an hour and a half… I saw that I was near a NTB Tire shop… So I gave them a call… An amazing person named Brenda answered the phone... Brenda. was so calm and told me to come on by and she will help me. When I arrived, we realized that there was actually a nail in my tire! I purchased these tires less than a month ago, so at that point, I was overwhelmed… Brenda and the Crew not only showed empathy but FIXED the issue even though it was close to their closing time! My new tire spot for sure!

The store manager, Matt, was such a pleasure to talk with about installing my new tires on my Jeep Wrangler. Admittedly, he didn’t like just anybody installing my tires and wanted a particular mechanic to do the work. Matt has a wealth of experience from past work positions and myself coming from aircraft manufacturing and maintenance I knew that Matt knew his line of work well. I looked extensively for my tires at a fair price and NTB by far had the best. The work was done in a timely manner and they kept updating me with progress. I will be returning in the next couple months for brakes and fluid change. I always shop around and I’m glad I came to NTB.
