The lot is almost always dirty, trash cans are overflowing, and hoses are frequently clogged or unusable. The bathrooms are consistently unkempt, which says a lot about overall cleanliness standards. What’s most concerning is the staff. Employees look cold, unhappy, and disengaged, which reflects poorly on leadership. This isn’t on them it’s on management for failing to maintain the facility and support their workers. When morale looks this bad, customers notice. For a company that markets itself as premium and pushes monthly memberships, this location does not meet basic expectations anymore. If management doesn’t step in and make serious changes ie. cleanliness, maintenance, and employee conditions they’re going to keep losing loyal customers. Very disappointing.
