  I went to one Gerber collision location around the corner from my home and the receptionist was not friendly so I left. I called the North Thompson location and spoke with Chase. Needless to say not all Gerber locations are created equally. Chase was fantastic; I emailed him insurance documents and he took care of the rest. I was kept up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle and the bodywork is flawless. I picked up a clean vehicle after the ice storm, too. A+ service from Gerber @ N Thompson.

  Such a quick and painless process! I had a large dent on the back of my suv that I was procrastinating to get fixed. They got me in same day for an estimate. I was able to drop off for repair a few days later and they had it completely done in just a few days. They worked directly with my insurance and I didn’t have to do anything but drop it off and pick it up! I got daily updates on the progress and they also notified Enterprise when I needed picked up for a rental and even got it returned for me. All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with this experience and definitely recommend them! They did a great job.

  Brian promised 3 THREE times to call with an update on my vehicle. He was always at lunch when we called. Never returned our calls. Cost me an extra 2 days without a vehicle. As a realtor and a customer of State Farm this is just not acceptable. I spoke with the mgr. But no apologies to date. You had our name as “DWIGHT”. It’s Russell lance.
