He did a great job and was very professional polite and respectful. Seems to know his business well and was in no rush . Steady and methodical. Changed the cabinet air filter on the wife’s car, it was a little tricky but he didn’t get frustrated. I liked that. I’d be happy to have Shawn do my work every time.

I needed my oil changed before driving from Murfreesboro to Chattanooga for a family holiday party. I’ve gone to Walmart TLE for oil changes for 25 years. The last time I had my oil changed there, was just a few months ago and I was a drive up. Not today. So I remembered Express Oil Change is on my way home. I’ve never been here before, but man talk about convenience and top notch customer service! Noah helped me out, they changed my oil while I sat in the car, topped off all fluids (something Walmart no longer does) and got me out in about 10 minutes. They have earned a repeat customer today! Thank you so much, Noah!
