  Came in because I bought a set of tires from another company and they couldn't get my lug nuts loose. Came right next door to Express Oil Change and Matt took excellent care of me. Thanks Matt. From now on this is who gets my business.

  Had a great experience here! My car had an unforseen issue while I was there and they were so great about it and getting it sorted. They were fully tranparent about what was going on and how they were addressing it. I highly recomend this palce!

  Techs here are always, professional, polite, knowledgeable. My daughters and I usually work with Shawn. This company gives the type of service that's hard to come by now days. Their attention to detail and patients when explaining the recommended services is outstanding. No pressure just, sound ethics and mechanical expertise. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. IF YOU'RE A WOMAN AND HAVE NO MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE, YOU'RE IN GREAT HAND WITH THESE GUYS. YOU CAN TRUST THEM.

  It has been a few weeks back, but I feel the need to tell my story I will never forget from this location! So a few weeks back I realized I needed an oil change pretty quickly. I had to be back to work the next day and it’s not always easy with my schedule to be able to make it to oil change businesses during regular hours. I realized express was open, but they were getting pretty close to closing time, but was not closed yet! I told the manager my situation and he told me as long as I show up at 5 they would take care of me! So, I show up at 5 on the dot and I was so taken back and appalled by the attitudes and comments some of these gentlemen made! At first the tried to turn me away all together. However when I told them what the manager had said on the phone, they immediately started grumbling and making snarky comments! I’ve never been made to feel so small in my life! Then, the jerk ask me to pull into the bay..so I proceeded to move forward. He literally starts SCREAMING at me because apparently I was going too fast for his liking? In reality he was just mad because his boss had him take me as a customer! I say all this because I want to bring awareness to this situation! It doesn’t matter if a customer shows up at open on the dot or CLOSE on the dot! TREAT THEM THE SAME! I have not and will never forget the treatment and how small I was made to feel from this location! They should be embarrassed with their mouths!
