However, without consulting me, premium oil was added to my car, which is rated for up to 10,000 miles. This blatant dishonesty, upcharging customers, and misleading them into returning their vehicles much sooner than necessary is unacceptable. Here’s the evidence: At the time of the oil change, my car had 58,127 miles. The sticker added 3,000 miles to the mileage. The mobile 1 oil bottle claims a 10,000-mile guarantee. Therefore, based on the oil I used, I should be able to drive for at least 7,500 miles on the safe side. I’ve attached pictures as proof. I will never return to this place. Is it too much to expect honest business practices? While the gentlemen who assisted me were kind, hard working and the service was good, it felt as if they were part of a scheme. At least they offered me a discount for being aware of their actions… which is the only reason why my review is not 1 star.
